Nkechi T. Echeta, a legal practitioner is a Director of the firm. Having garnered a wealth of experience over the years in various areas of practice, she is highly experienced in working with Companies. Nkechi earned her LL.B from Nkwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana 15 years ago. She was called to the Nigerian Bar a year after. In April 2017, she completed and received a certificate in Financing for Development, A World Bank sponsored online course. Nkechi is currently awaiting the completion of a Master’s program; LL.M in Investment Law and Policy. She also took part over the years in continuous legal education and acquired a certificate in “the role of lawyers in tax administration. Nkechi is currently a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria -BRIPAN and an accredited Insolvency Practitioner with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Nkechi is passionate about seeing businesses progress resulting in economic growth.

Rafat Damilola Olatunde
Rafat Damilola Olatunde (Mrs) is a seasoned Director in Greengold Professional Services Ltd. She runs the daily administrative affairs of the firm amongst other things. She is a legal practitioner who bagged her LL.B honors in Common and Islamic Laws from the prestigious Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto in 2013, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and is currently running her LL.M in Corporate Law practice borne out of the passion she has for Corporate Law. She has practiced in Sokoto, Ondo, Kwara and is presently practicing in Abuja. She has over the course of her practice honed her skills in various aspects of the law practice including but not limited to adjudication, legal advocacy, legal research, legal drafting, dispute resolution and intellectual property practice. She is a humanitarian who has worked with various bodies and NGOs in her quest for serving humanity. She is also an advocate for gender equality
